We are committed to providing top quality, factory-direct support to our customers.  If you have questions about installing or using your Aeroflash products, or a warranty question, please follow these steps:

  1. Refer to the Strobe Light FAQ and Trouble Shooting Procedures pages.
    We find that most strobe light questions are answered in either of these pages. (Note: although these pages have information specific to aviation, they cover the same issues that may arise in other applications).
  2. If those pages do not answer your strobe warning light question, or if you have questions regarding our other products or an order you have placed or recently received, please use our Contact Us form.  We generally respond within 24 hours (one business day).
  3. Call for Factory-Direct Support: 312-733-3513  Ext. 300. Our technicians are available from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Central Time. After hours, and if our technicians are on other calls, please leave your name, phone number and a brief message. Our technicians generally respond within 24 hours (one business day).
